Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Tidylune Home operates Tidylune Home Publisher, an internal content publishing and analytics application used solely to manage the Tidylune Home Pinterest business account.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the application accesses, why it is used, and how it is handled.
1. INFORMATION THE APPLICATION ACCESSES
Tidylune Home Publisher may process the following information through the official Pinterest API:
- Pinterest account identifiers provided by the Pinterest API;
- Pinterest Boards and Board identifiers;
- Pins, Pin identifiers and Pin metadata;
- organic Pinterest analytics and performance metrics;
- OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain an authorized Pinterest API connection.
The application may also process publishing information created by the account owner, including:
- Pin titles and descriptions;
- image references;
- destination links;
- scheduled publication dates and times;
- publishing status;
- internal product or content identifiers.
The application does not collect or store Pinterest passwords, Pinterest session cookies, or other Pinterest login credentials.
2. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information is used only to:
- authenticate the Tidylune Home account through Pinterest OAuth 2.0;
- read the account owner's Boards and Pins;
- publish manually approved original Tidylune Home content;
- retrieve Pinterest performance analytics;
- maintain publishing records;
- prevent duplicate publication;
- diagnose technical errors related to the publishing system.
3. THIRD-PARTY USERS
Tidylune Home Publisher is an internal application.
It is not offered to the public and does not provide Pinterest API access to third-party users.
The application only accesses data belonging to the Pinterest account that explicitly authorizes it through Pinterest OAuth.
4. DATA SHARING
Tidylune Home does not sell Pinterest API data or personal information.
Information may be processed only by infrastructure or service providers necessary to operate the application, such as hosting, data storage and spreadsheet services.
Pinterest data is accessed through the official Pinterest API and remains subject to Pinterest's applicable terms and privacy policies.
5. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
OAuth credentials are stored only for as long as required to maintain the authorized Pinterest connection.
Publishing records, Pin identifiers and analytics may be retained while Tidylune Home Publisher is actively used.
Authorization can be revoked, and stored authorization credentials can be deleted when the integration is disconnected or discontinued.
6. SECURITY
Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect application credentials and data.
OAuth secrets and tokens are not intended to be exposed publicly or stored in client-side web pages.
Connections to external services are made using secure HTTPS connections where supported.
7. YOUR CHOICES
The authorized Pinterest account owner can revoke the application's Pinterest access through Pinterest or discontinue use of Tidylune Home Publisher.
Because this is a private internal application, it does not maintain accounts or personal profiles for members of the public.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the application's functionality or data practices change.
The current version will remain publicly available on this website.
